Main Ingredients:
grilling spray
1/4 cup finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
1tsp. kosher salt
4 beef T-Bone steaks, cut 1" thick (about 2 lbs.)
Fresh seasonal vegetables for grilling (optional)
Directions:
- Spray grate of outdoor grill and utensils with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Mix garlic, pepper and salt together in small bowl. Press into steaks until well coated. Grill steaks, covered, 15 to 19 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Serve with grilled fresh vegetables, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
- Optional Grilled Vegetables - Cooking Instructions: Clean and slice fresh seasonal vegetables lengthwise for grilling. Skewers also work nicely to grill chunks of vegetables. Spray pieces with grilling spray for extra browning. Grill until well marked on all sides, about 3 minutes per side. Season, as desired.
