Outside-In Burger
Cut: Ground Beef

Main Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef sirloin
3 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 small onion, minced
10 slices bacon, cooked
5 slices Colby-Jack cheese
5 burger buns
Directions:
- Mix ground beef, sauce, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Refrigerate.
- Fry bacon and drain.
- Form refrigerated beef mixture into 10 uniform size patties. On top of 5 patties, place cheese and 2 slices of bacon , being careful to keep cheese and bacon in center. Place remaining patties on top and seal edges of 2 patties. Refrigerate while the grill is heating to medium temperature.
- Place burgers on grill, and cook 5-7 minutes on each side. Use a meat thermometer, using care to place it in burger horizontally in meat only. Temperature should be l60 degrees for proper doneness. Makes 5 large beef burgers.
